Pewbook is bookings and admin for churches. Parishioners ask for things online, like a Mass for someone they love, and your parish office approves, records and publishes them from one simple screen. Built in the UK for parish secretaries and volunteers.

Staff log inToday, Pewbook keeps your churches, service times and staff in one place. Mass intentions are being built now with one parish office. Here’s how they’ll work.
A parishioner will pick a Mass and write who it’s for. No account, just an email address to confirm it’s really them.
The request will wait as pending until the offering is in. Cash in an envelope will be fine: that’s how most offerings arrive.
Once confirmed, it will be in the intentions register, with a note of who confirmed, moved or cancelled what, and when.
You’ll be able to copy the week’s intentions into the newsletter. Anything marked “don’t publish” will stay out.
One parish, several churches, each with its own service times. See them together or one at a time.
Type your email and click the link we send. Volunteers get the access their role needs and no more.
Nobody has to sign up to see service times or ask for something.
Public pages show which Masses are free or taken, never what an intention is for. Your data is hosted in the UK or EU.
How many intentions per Mass, how far ahead people can book, what the public page shows: all settings, not code.
Made for parish secretaries and volunteers. Works on an old laptop and on a phone.
Pewbook is being built alongside one parish office, and it works for any church: the core is churches, service times, requests and the people who run them. Features for one tradition, like Mass intentions, are switched on only where they’re wanted.
